Could have been a lot better. I frequently have trouble with male associates treating me like I'm an idiot or ignoring me completely. The contractors they hire for installation are HORRIBLE. I won't be buying anything bigger than plants or paint from them ever again.

Oven ordered April 1st. Received email that it would be delivered April 25th....no delivery. No one knows at the local store where the oven is. How do you lose an oven???

Had to wait long time to get over ride on discounted plants. They do not let cashier do it at check out. . They have to wait for manager to come.Also many plants were extremely dry an needed watering. Sad to see things dying an wilted yet so expensive.
