“I chose Black's based on reviews, not price. I went in for an alignment on my 2016 T&C. In the waiting room I could tell they were pleasant and professional to all their customers including myself and were identifying; but not trying to sell, service that may need to be completed on vehicles in the future. I heard them discussing how to get parts quickly to service their customers. The time it took to service was half what was initially quoted and the charge was competitive to other shops in the area. Highly recommend. Also Ron, thanks for the compliment on the Struts, my son and I put those in.”

“Absolutely the best service!! They were the most honest mechanic shop I have ever taken a car to. They looked it over and quoted me a price for parts and labor. Then when they completed the work they called and said there wasn't as much needed as they thought and it came out to less than half what they quoted me. Y'all in my 58 years I have never had that happen. They could have charged me the initial price and I never would have known!! Honest mechanics do exist and they are at J & J Automotive.”

“My husband’s truck broke down yesterday and instead of taking it to his usual VERY EXPENSIVE, SLOW mechanic we had it towed here where we go for our inspection! The truck was fixed quickly and runs great, staff is very friendly and the mechanic was great! His usual mechanic said it would take a week to repair and the price quoted was ridiculous. I got it fixed here in two hours and saved a lot of money! This place is great, thank you!! Customer for life!”
