They’ve solved problems in my C1 corvette that others could not and jumped into a big list and made a ton of improvements to a new to me C3 corvette as well. I called Caliber Collision and spoke with Robert he explained the whole process with insurance and the repairs. I sent over my estimate and he reviewed it with me going over everything and answered all of my questions. I was able to have my vehicle towed into the shop and they had me back on the road before some other shops said they could even start looking at my car. They scheduled and appointment with me quickly, provided a quick and fair estimate even though insurance was covering it. They were able to fit me in 4 weeks or so out from the date of my claim. I dropped my car off on a weekend and they got right to work the following Monday. They provided regular updates through texts and calls. After my car repair was completed they did a complete walkthrough of everything they did. They even went above and beyond by polishing my car, vacuuming out the interior, and leaving a fresh scent spray in the car!
