“Great Shop!!!. I contacted Morgan at Piedmont after another shop failed to do the Weldtec suspension upgrade on my Jayco 24b class C RV. Working with Morgan, the difference was night and day. Great communication and flexible with my timing on getting my rig to his shop. Morgan and his team are professional, friendly, courteous and most of all, extremely knowledgeable. Mark and Morgan explained every detail of the work performed. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Piedmont has a large shop. A gated parking area, and do alignments in house which is a real plus. “My son needed a headlight for his car. We went to this O'Reily Auto Parts to purchase the headlight. We asked the salesman if someone could install it for us. Little did we know that this favor would take over an hour to do as the location of this light is in a difficult location. Basically we needed a dealer to do this job as the car was manufactured to make it almost impossible to do it yourself. This salesman stuck right with the job and even at one point asked another employee to help him with the job. Both of these guys worked the entire time, never complained or told us they couldn't do the job or recommend that we go to a dealer. They helped us with no questions asked. They were both patient, kind and wanted to help us. The service we received was above and beyond! I totally recommend this O'Reily Auto Parts Location. They are top notch!”
