“I have been using Hicone Body shop since the original location. When the bypass was put in they relocated to the new location. The new building is wonderful with a great lobby and entrance. They do amazing work and have worked on several of my vehicles, including my Shelby. I will use them again.”

Our car was hit and when searching for a body shop online I noticed that M & H had a 5 star rating, so it was a no brainer to take our car to them. The insurance company had told us that our car was fixable but after the technician's inspection, it was deemed totaled. “So, I'm here visiting my sister friend and while we were on the highway, we ran over a metal wire. Needless to say, the closest place was Discount Tire. We went in was greeted by Lamar who was the bomb.com! He was kind, patient, helpful, AND he gave us good suggestions for live jazz music here. We were able to get all her tires and a realignment for a very reasonable price.
While we were waiting for her vehicle, Noah complimented the cleanliness of the car AND we talked about the food truck Sazon Latino (which is next door, you should try it 😉) Again, Great service from great people.

“I can’t recommend this shop enough! I had an issue with my hood after my car was damaged, and I stopped by hoping someone could at least take a look. He came right out, figured out what was causing the problem, and was able to get my hood to latch properly within minutes.
It’s hard to find honest people who are willing to help without immediately trying to sell you on expensive repairs. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. That level of customer service is rare these days, and because of that, he’ll be my first call anytime I need auto body work.
If you’re looking for someone who’s honest, skilled, and treats people right, I highly recommend giving this shop a chance. Thank you again for your help!”

“My family has been using Personal Touch since before I was born and I'm OLDDDDD. The only problem you could even consider being a problem there is that they are SO good, they always have work lined up waiting and somehow, they ALWAYS get it done before people lose their minds while STILL performing at the highest imaginable level. That just doesn't exist anymore. You ever picked up a car and got a partial refund because they over quoted you? Huh? AND THEY DID EXTRA WORK SOMEHOW?! Well if/when they do, GIVE IT AS A TIP AND PUT MORE ON TOP.

“On 12/19/2024,I was driving my children to school, when my Suv stated the charging system was malfunctioning.Thank God I was able to park near Autozone right when losing power and Desmond helped us with charging my battery so I could at least get home. He also thought the issue was the Alternator and he was correct. I am truly grateful for his knowledge and assistance that scary morning.Please provide this man with kudos. He is Amazing!!!”
“My car battery died in the vicinity of their parking lot. I walked over and they allowed me to use their battery tester. I walked back and told them the machine said my battery was trash. They allowed me to use a handful of tools and a dolley to haul the new battery across the parking lot. We replaced the battery, tidied up, and took the tools, battery, and dolley back to the shop and paid all fees.
Wonderful, kind staff. This is what makes America great.

“My son needed a headlight for his car. We went to this O'Reily Auto Parts to purchase the headlight. We asked the salesman if someone could install it for us. Little did we know that this favor would take over an hour to do as the location of this light is in a difficult location. Basically we needed a dealer to do this job as the car was manufactured to make it almost impossible to do it yourself. This salesman stuck right with the job and even at one point asked another employee to help him with the job. Both of these guys worked the entire time, never complained or told us they couldn't do the job or recommend that we go to a dealer. They helped us with no questions asked. They were both patient, kind and wanted to help us. The service we received was above and beyond! I totally recommend this O'Reily Auto Parts Location. They are top notch!”

“Great Shop!!!. I contacted Morgan at Piedmont after another shop failed to do the Weldtec suspension upgrade on my Jayco 24b class C RV. Working with Morgan, the difference was night and day. Great communication and flexible with my timing on getting my rig to his shop. Morgan and his team are professional, friendly, courteous and most of all, extremely knowledgeable. Mark and Morgan explained every detail of the work performed. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Piedmont has a large shop. A gated parking area, and do alignments in house which is a real plus.
