There were no extra charges, and they handled all the coordination with the insurance company themselves. The waiting area isn't very big, but the work itself is done quickly and to a high standard. “Auto Tech is amazing! They went above and beyond. My car wouldn't start so they sent one of their technicians over to my house to see what was wrong. Logan quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad battery. Once the car was started he drove it back to the shop, put in a new battery and returned it to me. “I can’t recommend this shop enough! I had an issue with my hood after my car was damaged, and I stopped by hoping someone could at least take a look. He came right out, figured out what was causing the problem, and was able to get my hood to latch properly within minutes.
It’s hard to find honest people who are willing to help without immediately trying to sell you on expensive repairs. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. That level of customer service is rare these days, and because of that, he’ll be my first call anytime I need auto body work.

The only problem you could even consider being a problem there is that they are SO good, they always have work lined up waiting and somehow, they ALWAYS get it done before people lose their minds while STILL performing at the highest imaginable level. That just doesn't exist anymore. You ever picked up a car and got a partial refund because they over quoted you? Huh? AND THEY DID EXTRA WORK SOMEHOW?! Well if/when they do, GIVE IT AS A TIP AND PUT MORE ON TOP.

“A mechanic with integrity and pride in his work.As my Gf made her way home from her grandfather’s funeral, my car died in Reidsville, North Carolina. I was able to get a rental for her, but my car was left behind. 11 hours away from home, I was in a bind. Henry saved the day. He got the vehicle moved to his garage at QMJ Enterprise Unocal, diagnosed the problem, and performed the repair. Not only did he do this, but he went above and beyond communicating and ensuring the car was all set when the transport came to pick it up. I am incredibly grateful that he was the one to take care of my car. I highly recommend this shop; you couldn’t be in better hands.”
“When asking for the service manager, he was not currently available to discuss my bill. I feel that since the exact same issue of the other defects found in Service Update Bulletin N252524761 should be expanded to include more models because the scope was obviously not made wide enough. I dangerously stalled on a busy highway. I am contacting GM about it. Not to complain about your service, just the need to include other VIN numbers to that list.”

“So i took my car there to fix my ac and they did that! However he told me that the loud noise that my subura was making was my wheel bearings. I have taken this car to get wheels replaced and other various things with my brakes (at other dealerships) before and nobody told me this! I always thought it was my engine that made that noise. 🙃 i even had a diagnostic done to try to tell me.... he told me up front without me asking. I just got my car back and it runs like a new car. I literally couldn't be happier. I highly recommend. Thanks sooo much!”
