“Ive been in a lot of Dollar Tree's & let me just say that this particular store is by far THE BEST 1 I've ever been to or shopped in! Everything is in its right place, on shelves nice & neat, very clean & the employees are very sweet & helpful! Especially this particular young lady who works there, Kay-Lee. Helpful, does her job in a timely manner and has the sweetest attitude there. This Dollar Tree is a must to visit & experience! It's NOT like any other I've ever visited or shopped in. “This is the cleanest, organized DG in Rockingham County, mostly due to proper management and excellent employees. Everyone here are always soooooo friendly, especially the cashier Darlene, she makes every customer feel welcomed. This DG is pretty well stocked, if you don’t see what you need, they’re always willing to run to the back to see if there’s extra whatever item you are looking for. If this store sold a small variety of produce, such as bananas or tomatoes like their sister store down the road, it’ll be perfect. I shop here every other week. Keep up the good work!”

“I want to thank and recognize sales associate,Jacob, for going above and beyond to assist me this morning with balloons. He took extra steps to inflate balloons with very cumbersome confetti inserts and I appreciate his efforts. He even retrieved a balloon that slipped out of my hands, from the ceiling. Truly an example of EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!! He said this is not his regular store so I'm grateful he was there this morning to help me!!”

“One on the cleanest, we'll stocked DG in Reidsville!! I go about every Saturday and in their busiest time, they are still clean! They moved across the road from food Lion and google has not updated the address but it's not hard to locate.”
“The worse Dollar General, on December 26th I ask the lady if they will be marking the Christmas decor down to fifty percent off . She said no, I explained that the other stores have already marked their items down. She's always busy running her mouth instead of working in the store”
“I will drive by other dollar generals to goto this one... Never seen a place where everybody who works there is friendly... The manager Latoya and Sabrina are the best... Latoya even ask if i forgot to get my wifes cigerettes or ice... All DG's should be modeled after this one❤️ Its really an old school vibe where people actually talk to you..”
“The store is fine. Just look a little more jolly when customers come in and greet them.. especially during the season
Update 1-17-25: This location is fine overall, but the customer experience could be improved. A little more enthusiasm when greeting customers, especially during the holiday season, would make a big difference. A warm smile and a cheerful “hello” can go a long way in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
That said, my experience today by the cash register was much better. The staff member actually greeted me, which made my visit feel more pleasant.

“I Love the store Manager she has a good attitude I think she is over worked but let me tell you for the most part the store is neat it can use a touch up but the fact that there is no rolltainers in my way it’s a plus I shop at lest three times a week she knows my brand of smokes I love it”

“As far as Dollar Generals go, this is a good location. Food is always in stock & supplies are varied. I often drop by to refill my cupboards before grocery day and the prices are very easy on the wallet. This location does a lot of restocking during the day, which can be difficult on clientele who are trying to get through different aisles, so be prepared. Otherwise, this place is great for providing Greensboro residents with what they need!”
“This Dollar general store are freeway drive in Reidsville North Carolina is the cleanest DG I've ever been to. Nothing on the floor floors are clean products are moved to the front the freezer aisle spotless. The manager and her staff bust their butts at this store and it shows. I live in Brown summit and I drive all the way to the store just because of how clean it is. Latika you're an awesome manager and your staff is great I will never go to another Dollar general but this one in the area.”
