This great salesperson by the name of Kiana brought us the size bag because she overheard our conversation. She was outstanding, professional and positive!! We loved our experience in this store. Kiana was even our cashier when we checked out and we told her how great our experience was. She is an asset to your organization. “I've recently visited the Dollar Tree on Groometown Rd. I was on a mission to find items for a paint party. Upon entering store #09348 I was greeted warmly by the employees. I asked for acrylic paint ? and a very kind lady showed me which aisle I needed to be on. She went over and beyond helping me and giving me ideas. I didn't see the paint trays and she stopped what she was doing to look in the back for me. I later found out that the kind lady that was assisting me was the manager of the store. She was getting off and I had a lot of bags and she even assisted me with taking my bags to the car. Kerna is a jewel and a keeper. Her store is very clean and organized in which I love.
Great customer service is rare now, but my experience at this store was exceptional and worthy of the praise.

“I shop at this Dollar Tree very often. I can usually find everything I'm looking for. I really like the staff.
The inside of the store is always clean and well organized. But the outside parking area is a big mess though. There's a lot of trash that needs to be cleaned up around the store and in the parking lot. Other than that, it's great!”
“Every time I come in, the workers are always hard at work, the store remains clean, and the shelves always stopped. I got up to the counter one day and realized that I was very short on my purchase and the manager, Sarah, came over and paid the rest of my balance for me of a total of $15! She seen that I was in a very bad spot and I was needing cat food and hygiene products that I would normally never go to the dollar tree for, but had to that day because of my low finances and she literally paid it for me. What a godsend she must be to all of her workers. I will forever go back to the dollar tree over all of them now and look forward to paying it forward for her kindness.”

“The staff was friendly. The store was a little confusing but I can deal with that. I found everything initially when I looked except the water. The water supply was minimal. I was about to go to Dollar General to get water but at the checkout I saw some water that was acceptable. There should be water of all kinds everywhere except just at the checkout. That is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.”
“The young lady named Nikki has the most amazingly warm personality, I’m always greeted with a good morning, I know good and well I see her in this store at least 80 hours a week as this store is literally beside my home, I know that poor women is tired but she is so faithful to our community, she shows up everyday, always greeting everyone with such a warm welcome, never makes me feel like a bother when I’ve asked for help, I witness her kindness with every single customer walking that store. She is always running around cleaning, outside cleaning, putting up products, helping every person that seems to be lost and looking for items, always smiling while doing it, I’ve witnessed her helping elderly customers download and clip coupons to save every dollar she can for them, this world needs more people like her, and I’m so glad she’s here working in the community I reside in. I went from visiting maybe twice a week, down to everyday just to hear that warm welcome of hers.”
“I Love the store Manager she has a good attitude I think she is over worked but let me tell you for the most part the store is neat it can use a touch up but the fact that there is no rolltainers in my way it’s a plus I shop at lest three times a week she knows my brand of smokes I love it”

Update 1-17-25: This location is fine overall, but the customer experience could be improved. A little more enthusiasm when greeting customers, especially during the holiday season, would make a big difference. A warm smile and a cheerful “hello” can go a long way in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
That said, my experience today by the cash register was much better. The staff member actually greeted me, which made my visit feel more pleasant.
