I showed her a picture of my new outdoor fireplace and she helped me put together 2 striking planters. She incorporated the feel I wanted and used her plant expertise and it looks fantastic!! Will be returning to fill two planters for my front entrance.”

“My 84 yr old mother and I purchased 2 lamps AND received the best, kindest customer service from Pam and Brittany. Pam helped assemble the lamps from the box. She got a chair for my mother who needed a rest. And, she helped me carry the lamps to my car! Brittany solved a tricky part of the assembly and sealed the sale for us! The experience brought much needed light to my mother's home and light to my heart.”

“This place is fabulous - wonderful, talented staff and reasonably priced for their high quality workmanship. They salvaged a gorgeous mirror for me that had broken and repaired a painted section and glass on top so the damage is not detectable. They are magicians and the nicest people to work with on top of it all!”

“Wow!! I visited the Carriage House for the first time yesterday. What a beautifully merchandised collectibles and antiques shop. I have shopped so many antique and consignment shops in Greensboro, but I have never been here before. Firstly, it is not consignment. There are individual dealers in separate booths. It is a bit more consistently upscale then the other places I have been to, but that does not take away from the sheer pleasure of browsing. I would say it is moderately priced items and not the type of antique shop you are afraid to bump into something for fear of damaging something irreplaceable. I guess it really depends on your pocket book. Something's I found very affordable, something's were just out of my reach. They have smalls, furniture, decor and lovely oil paintings. I love ceramics so I enjoyed looking at lovely plates and colorful ginger jars. Wherever you looked, there was something interesting to see. The dealers just have magnificent taste in their collections and in how they merchandise their wares. There is a large parking lot in front. Just go and have fun. That's what we did!”

“I got a bookcase (could function as a coffee bar) from Dogwoods home and gifts, and I couldn't be happier. Solid wood, stained beautifully and comes with an anti tipping feature for people with little ones (or cats). The picture doesn't do it any justice at all. I am constantly getting compliments, even had someone offer to buy it (ofcourse I said no).Once our old house has sold we will be looking to furnish the new house and this is where we are going. King bed frames, behind the couch tables, nice dining room tables, entertainment centers, etc. I suggest you check it out too.Staff was courteous and listened to what we wanted. Suggested a couple of ideas even gave me a wait time if one had to be ordered.”

“This is one of my fave places to shop, it’s the worst I’ve ever seen this store. It’s such a mess all on shelves, like a tornado went through it- in aisles, items in floors. You can barely get through some sections. I just think someone really let this place go. Then the overload of Christmas makes it worse like the store needs to be bigger but there’s no room, the back dressing rooms were closed and got lucky that i had one open for me in the front. Only 2. But yet I wanna go back cause I feel like I missed something good. ?”

“Nina was amazing and provided exceptional customer service!!! I purchased a pair of pants and one rhinestone bow fell off. Nina had an extra bow at home and offered to bring it in, but instead I was able return the damaged pair and have a replacement pair shipped to me for free (and at a lower price since the pants were on sale!).”
