“This is the most darling plant shop I have ever stepped foot in. Positively magical. Plants perched on almost every display. They offer a large selection of house plants all of which are well cared for and displayed in potential pots. The plants are just nestled inner pot inside an outer pot so if you prefer a different pot you can swap. They also have an impressive selection of stationary, stickers, greetings cards, gifts, and much more. Suzanne was a delight to talk with. I had several questions and she graciously answered them all. I adore this shop and honestly cannot wait to visit again.”

I am wildly impressed with the response I received to my previous review. It was professional and directly addressed my concerns. It genuinely feels more like reasoning rather than excuses. They gave their reasoning and politely asked I remove my review and with the level of professionalism and honesty I have no problem changing my review to reflect positively.
First time going to check out the store, hours listed on Google say 7 but the door was locked right in front of me at 6 as I went to walk in. Employee didn’t even give me an apologetic wave or acknowledge that the stores hours are not correct online”

“Denise was so very kind, informative, and knowledgeable. You can tell that she really loves her job and believes in the product. She was not the least bit pushy like a car salesman. She was thoughtful, patient, and did everything she could to ensure we were able to take advantage of every offer and sale.
We have purchased 2 beds over the last 2 years and the last was an adjustable, but the problem still arose about what level of firmness and what position hubby and I wanted to sleep in. As you can assume, we’re complete opposites in sleeping styles, and shopping for a mattress has been exhausting. I finally had the bright idea of trying a sleep number so that we both could get exactly what we wanted without compromising comfort. We left excited about our purchase and looking forward to getting better sleep with a new bed.”

“Ashton checked us out and he was the kindest cashier I have ever met. He went above and beyond checking the price of an item that didn’t have a sku. He suggested having my daughter sign up for perks for a discount, and he helped us fold our giant carpet so it would fit in our car. I left the store thinking to myself, I want to be as kind as him.”

“I was only in town for one night and, while searching for EV chargers, I stumbled upon Anthropologie—a happy accident.
I took as many photos as I could to capture the merchandise and overall vibe. The store itself is beautifully curated, as expected, and definitely worth a browse if you’re nearby.
That said, the experience wasn’t entirely seamless. One employee passed me four or five times as I explored, and at one point nearly knocked me over trying to rush past. A little awareness—or even a simple “hello”—would have gone a long way.
Let’s be honest… this isn’t Harrods, and no one’s urgently fetching a different size of Mother jeans for royalty.
Still, a fun and unexpected stop—just hoping for a bit more warmth next time.

“I love Ross but them keeping the Fitting room closed most of the time, and with just two cabins up front open, is crazy. Sometimes, you have to wait 30+min in line to get to try one item, then another 30+min in line to get to the register to pay. Last few times I returned items I considered purchasing because of the Fitting room wait time. Originally, I thought this is due to not having enough employees but they are doing it in all stores, so it seems more like some higher-up ridiculous idea that they thought would be good.
As far as items you can find there and prices, I think it's great place to go to, just try to find less busy time so you spend less time waiting on available Fitting room cabin.”
