Deep Creek Lodge & Tube Outpost is the closest place you can possibly stay to the Smoky Mountain National Park, just a few steps away. It is a one-stop shop for lodging, tube rentals, ice cream, gifts, and much more. The Lodge features recently updated, quaint, and comfortable apartments with a beloved upper porch. The nearby Park's Edge cabin borders the Smokies and the creek for a one-of-a-kind experience. The Tube Outpost offers the best-priced, very durable tubes with solid bottoms. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and very easy to use, providing quick service. The check-in and out process for tubes is very easy. Guests can tube all day on Deep Creek, which is available across the street. Note there is a walk to the tubing spot and a parking fee at the lot. The on-site Wize Guys restaurant is great, and the outpost store has lots of great merch, including favorite ice cream flavors. It is a very successful outing and a location guests will definitely recommend to others.

They were super friendly and helpful while also being the best priced . You will pass several tube spots as you head into park . We stopped at one before this one and the lady was rude and not helpful. As soon as we pulled in here we were greeted with a smile and they answered all our questions and got us moving quickly... read full comment
