Tried to call them with some questions. I don’t do AI bots and tried to get a human on the phone. Don’t matter what prompts you follow, the bot will eventually just hang up on you. I will do everything in my power to avoid ever using FedEx for anything. Awful customer service.

Package arrived at facility between 7:30-7:45 this morning. I live in waynesville, they made 0 attempt to deliver today and put it off till tomorrow. Give me a call next time and i'll come do their job for them.( Now been waiting 4 buisness days for a 2 day, tomorrow will be day 5) do better.

Package has been sitting there since last Friday. I’ve watched FedEx drive by my house literally everyday since and still no package even after being told it would be delivered today.
