Terrible service, lost our package entirely and can’t get ahold of someone direct. 500 dollars just gone. And no explanation or apology from the carrier. Never using fedex again.

Consistently lie about not being able to deliver an item, saying we are not at home but it's a business address that's open every day. Horrible, horrible service.

I will Never purchase from someone or a business that uses Fed-Ex as there courier. Never have had an easy or pleasant experience with this company. And when you talk to customer service they don’t care plain and simple! Packages sit on there warehouse for a week before they deliver or “attempt “
