Once again FedEx in Bryson City has messed me up. This has happened before, but this time I tried to file a complaint and got nowhere with some offshore customer service person. I had a package scheduled for delivery today that needed to be signed for. I rearranged my day so that I could be sure to be here to sign. When I checked my delivery status it said that they attempted to deliver at 8:35 this morning and there was nobody here, which is a complete lie. I was here and my security camera showed nobody coming to my door this morning. The customer service person finally admitted that Bryson City FedEx does not have a driver for this area on Saturday, which is much different than saying that they attempted to deliver and there was nobody here to sign! When I asked if I could go to the Bryson City location and pick up my package I was told no because apparently there is no customer service counter in Bryson City. Well....... I guess I get to waste another day next week waiting on a FedEx delivery that may or may not show up!Sorry for the rant but being as there is apparently no way to file a complaint with FedEx about their poor and dishonest service, I figured that I would do it here!

Didn't realize I had a hazmat package, (spray foam insulation) and had to sign but kept missing him. They held my package for me and let my husband pick it up who just happened to be building a house out there n save me an hour long trip from cruso since he was already going to be out that way. They were very nice and respectful and wanted to make sure we got our package.

This is not the first time but 3rd to 4th time the bryson city fed ex hub has lost a pkg that was to be delivered to my home. Delivered to the wrong address although there is an address sign at the beginning of my driveway and a house # on my home. I never have these kind of issues with UPS or USPS. if it allowed I would give a negative as the star marking...(6/5/23)

Been waiting three days for my package still nothing. It keeps posting on the website operational delay. I called up there and asked the man can I send my husband up there to pick it up because I'm disabled and he said no that I have to come up there with my ID if the package is in my name and if it's on the truck they will not get it off and I said sir I am diasabled and unable to come he said no that's not my problem and hung up on me ?

horrible service, best off ordering with UPS in the mountains. FedEx will lie and say I wasn't available because they do not want to come up our road but yet UPS has no problem doing it. My packages are always late with FEDEX because of the lying with saying I wasn't available when I have been at home waiting. It truly is ridiculous. The drivers should be more accountable.

They have stolen 4 packages in a row now at this specific location. They mark them as perishable and destroyed rather than return to sender. The items are not perishable. The police need to investigate this location.

I usually don't have any problem with FedEx but this time I did. My package was left at the end of my driveway at the church sign. Said was left at gate. Well I don't have a gate. I was lucky it was my daughter and grandson that found it.

Lazy, disrespectful, unpleasant, smarta$$, snarky, QUIET QUITTERS!!FedEx used to be a great company. Now, the drivers are the lowest of the low.Don’t bother calling to complain about a driver. They all read the same line from their CRM screen and say “this is totally unacceptable behavior not permitted by FedEx”, followed by “it will never happen again”. Total crapola.The Bryson City operation doesn’t care about “FedEx policies” or decent customer service.Will refuse to buy from merchants any more who use FedEx for shipping/delivery.

Wednesday, we are home. They say they tried to deliver but "customer not home." Thursday, we are not only home, but outside waiting for them all day..no delivery, customer "not home." So I make another call to someone in another country to try to find my shipment. Long story short: The driver was (a) going to the wrong address two days in a row, and (b) that driver quit his job in the middle of the route. Got my package at 6:00 pm three days late. Very shoddy company.

How can I give ZERO. THEY ARE LEAVING MY 50lbs of pet food on TOP of my retaining wall at the end of my driveway then posting it as left at gate......I have no GATE #1 , I am disfavoredDisabled #2 and 62 I cannot retrieve 50lb boxes from the top of my wall. They left 3 BOXES THIS WAY. IN THE RAIN.I call they say we will send someone to bring them up.... nope no one doesShowed. I'm taking my complaint to corporate

Zero stars, if possible. In just the last 3 weeks FedEx has successfully delivered only 1 (ONE) shipments out of 6 separate shipments from 5 different companies. 4 (FOUR) of those unsuccessful deliveries were MISSING COMPLETELY despite being marked as delivered. The fifth was 2 days late because, supposedly, on the previous delivery attempt the driver marked it as “ business closed, customer unavailable”. 2 of us were home all day and we have driveway alarms and video cameras - no FedEx truck had been anywhere within sight. This has been going on for the entire 3 years I have lived here- I am going to start exclusively purchasing from companies that only utilize UPS and USPS as neither of those shipping partners have, not even a single time, lost my packages. I receive approximately 600-700 packages a year. Thankfully 85% are shipped via UPS and USPS. FedEx lies about delivery statuses but they must have forgotten that in this day and age we almost all have surveillance of some sort on our property. Often, more than one source of surveillance. Something needs to improve drastically with FedEx.

I wish I could give this zero stars. The driver delivers to the incorrect address, my home is clearly a home and not a business that is 50 yards away. I should take the package over myself you say? I did, twice with the other incorrect packages. I'm no longer doing that. The driver can come pick it up and take the package to where it belongs. The GPS needs to be corrected. I call the 1-800 number which is also useless. They tell me that all they can do is let the local dispatch center know to come it. Talk to resolutions you say? Don't bother, they hang up on you. Terrible customer service. Even worse voice activated call in line. I've been asking them to pick up a package and take it to the correct place for over a week. Nothing. The package is still here, customer service is still terrible. Do not use.

Abysmal, they can never find my house regardless of special instructions or I dont know using their eyes to read requested to pick it up from a location and they apparently can't find that either because they've not managed to get it delivered to their own service partner. If zero stars was possible I'd give them that
