I've been so impressed by the incredible customer service from everyone I came in contact with at this store. Starting with Mark, who was beyond helpful to me as I figured out what washing machine I wanted, and then with the delivery/install guys...everyone has been a joy to work with. This has to be a rop experience for my mom and I when it comes to renting products. Joe was extremely helpful and transparent with helping us pick out a laptop. The customer service is enough to make us pop back in for more merchandise.
