“I had an outstanding experience at Ashley Furniture thanks to Judi. From the moment we walked in, she was warm, personable, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right fit rather than making a sale.
She took the time to walk us through different mattress and pillow options, encouraging us to test each one and patiently answering all of our questions. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and thoughtful recommendations made the entire process comfortable and stress free.
It's easy to see why Judi is a company veteran. Her professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for her customers truly set her apart. If you're shopping at Ashley Furniture, I highly recommend asking for Judi. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience enjoyable and gave us complete confidence in our purchase.”
“I have nothing but good to say about Alamance TV. The people, products and service are top notch! Everyone I dealt with when I purchased my recliner treated me like family - including the delivery men. This is your hometown furniture store. Take advantage of it while you can.
(I received nothing for giving this review. I'm just a very happy customer.)”
“Our experience overall was good. My one frustration was that there were some 'add ons' made when writing it up without first asking about them and a fuzzy explanation on the discounts. The other was that we purchased on Memorial Day, a big sale day, right? but three days later, the online sale pricing was $1000 less than what we'd just paid. The company honored it, so happy with their customer service, but wish the local sales team would have discovered and notified us.”

“JoAnne was absolutely amazing and as usual this company delivers the longest lasting best quality mattresses you can buy. Our family has had them for over 20 years without them wearing down!”
“I appreciate a good night sleep. I also appreciate affordability. Both were met when I came to Family Mattress & Furniture. A huge selection to choose from that won’t clean out your bank account. I love our mattress. Coming back for furniture soon!!! Thanks ?”
“This family store is awesome with many styles of furniture and beautifully decorated! They have top brands to unique pieces. Katie is great with styles, materials, colors, spacing, etc. I recommend you go and check out this store!”
“Got an amazing deal for my bedroom set also paid for delivery and set up. Everything looks amazing and even though I was late (I’m so sorry) they were so nice and understanding. If I could give them 20 stars I would. Will definitely be doing business again”
“From the time, I walked through the door until delivery the customer service, communicaton and professionalism was just astounding. The furniture in H&M sells itself. The prices and the quality is unbelievable.”

“My husband and I recently moved from NYC to North Carolina and visited this furniture store to furnish our new home. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome. They were patient, friendly, and really took the time to help us find exactly what we needed. The service was outstanding, and we’re so happy with our experience. It made our move feel a little easier knowing we were in good hands. Highly recommend!”
“They are great they will help you through tough times if you're having them they will help you through the good times you just got to talk them and let them know what's going on. 💯”
“I visited here around 10:50am on day after Christmas to get some discounted Christmas PJs. I found some for my kids but all the adult ones were gone. I'm sure people where there EARLY, which I should've been, lol. I ended up getting some groceries too that were on sale or had a deal from the target app. My friend put me on to the deals and what not and I may just be a target person now over Walmart! It was fairly busy in the store too. No major complaints tho.”
“Exceptional service, friendly and knowledgeable. Abundant selection of quality furniture, especially couches, sectionals, and recliners in a wide variety of fabrics and finishes, at affordable prices. Mattress sets also and delivery is super easy and fast! Simply the best!”
“I love the service the driver was extremely polite my only qualm with the whole process is the excess in the price and I wasn't even offered an option to tip the driver... Having no cash I was unable to reward the young man. But maybe they removed that from the excess in delivery pricing? Idk. There you have it.”
