The Alamance County Community YMCA is a very large facility with a supportive atmosphere. The building is somewhat dated but comforting. It offers several gym areas, plenty of cardio equipment, an excellent machine selection, and a weight machine circuit. There is an indoor pool, a swim team, and many great programs for families. The men's health club addition includes a sauna, steam room, and therapeutic hot tub. Staff are friendly, helpful, polite, and great. Trainers are available. It is considered a great value with useful facilities, though some note restricted access to certain amenities. Overall, it provides a great experience for workouts and family activities.

Love how 80s everything still is, it's very comforting. Just like when I was a kid. If they renovate, I'll cancel my membership.The jacuzzi is only available to men - that's fine, but then my membership needs to be cheaper if I don't have access to all facilities. And the sauna needs to be $5 per use, not $15.
