“The prices are a bit high on items. Even the reduced items are overpriced. The areas where the clothes are hanging are a bit crowded. The checkout time is a little lengthy and the checkout people are not overly friendly. I do like to shop there for my grandson, but am using online shopping more and more”

“As we were walking in today a man abruptly exited the store with a cart full of clothes with no bag. It appeared that he either was stealing these clothes or opted for no bag. A cashier will usually fold clothing and put them in a bag. The vibe felt off as he briskly exited and hit the door open and headed to the parking lot. looked over at another person who also was watching him and we could almost not believe what was happening. Neither one of us said anything, but I thought that wasn’t cool. The store is decent and the customer service is good. Came in for jewelry and bought a wedding band. JCPenney has pretty good coupon deals.”
