“This place is ALWAYS busy--and I go through weekdays! You stand in a long line and they have a lot of cash registers going --alot better than Walmart! Lol! I've always had friendly cashiers too!!”
“UPDATE: After giving this situation a second try with a manager, my relationship with Belks will continue. The manager was willing to work with me on my exchange. My lesson is to always be mindful of getting my receipt in addition to an emailed receipt as a backup. Thank you ERIN for making this work. I really appreciate it.
Keep your receipt IF you get one! I take complete ownership for not checking my bag to make sure the clerk placed it in my bag and not just the items. (it was a group of clerks laughing and having a good time and my clerk was involved in the conversation so guess that is why I didn't receive a receipt). Got home to find that I had purchased the wrong size in exact same item I had purchased previously. The sad part is-I used gift cards so there was no record or way to trace the transaction. Could not even exchange for exact item in my size. My option was to pay more money! Just be conscious to ensure you get your receipt because there are no exceptions. Due to this, I returned $125+ of other merch purchased the same day that I had receipts for and the CC paperwork too all was in my bag but the one receipt! I will also be canceling this new Belk CC they talked me into ASAP! I will be sharing my experience with all my salon clientele, family and friends.”
“This is a class A department store. The sales people are friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of Ralph Lauren clothes for men. This is probably one of the nicest stores in Burlington. I love shopping here.”

“i could probably walk around here for 6 hours and barely see everything available
checkout can be a little slow but that usually indicates workers and managers are on the floors restocking or assisting customers with various things (especially moving furniture and getting rugs), so the wait is ultimately fine for me
there's a little bit of everything and something for everyone to love!”
“Many Big Lots closed but this one reopened. The staff are nice and helpful. If they have what you are looking for or in need of the price is usually the best you will find on that item. Because some items change I always find it good to just take a walk through occasionally.”
“Waited in line for 25 minutes with one cashier waiting due to her not knowing how to do an exchange. Management along with other staff came to help. Store was pretty organized for the most part. I would still go back, I mean its Ross! They just need 2 cashiers at all times.”

“Walmart is a hit or miss when it comes to stock availabilty. Footwear always seem to need touch up. I do not think they put a associate in that department. All in all, a pleasent experience unless you visit after 7ish pm on a Friday or Saturday when stock has been picked though. Associates are pleasent always know stock location. Plenty of parking including handicap. Bathrooms are usually clean.There is a lot at the south end of the west side where tractor trailers normally park. Subway is located in the North entrance (Entrance on the right)”
“I enjoyed my shopping experience today. I got great buys. Burlington Coat Factory, Five and below which really wasn't five and below. They had stuff $35 in there also. But I still enjoyed my shopping experience.”
“I've been coming here since I was 7 ... I am 18 now and I can tell you I ain't had not one rude employee talk to me everyone is helpful if you drop something they pick it up and clean it .... They go out if they're way for their customers. Top tier Walmart if you ask me. I 100% recommend! And the gas prices are decent!”

“Today I went in for some soap. Simple enough. There was a line so a young lady opened a register for card only. I sashayed my tail in over and to my surprise it kept saying invalid pin. I changed my pin still didn’t work. The lady was like someone has probably gotten a hold of your information. I run to the card for my card no card. I’m confused as ever trying to call my bank from the car. Next thing I know I hear a voice say I know how it is here. She bought my soap. To some it may not mean a lot but I appreciate anyone who thinks of me. I can’t find your name on the receipt so I’m doing a google review. I hope you are blessed beyond measure ? My account was also compromised she also saved me money because I had no clue.”
“I love the service the driver was extremely polite my only qualm with the whole process is the excess in the price and I wasn't even offered an option to tip the driver... Having no cash I was unable to reward the young man. But maybe they removed that from the excess in delivery pricing? Idk. There you have it.”
