“No help at two dodge dealers. After a six month wait from the dealer on a part that was on back order, and then got lost in transport. I personally had to find the part out of state. Friend told me about Dr. Mopar. They diagnosed the issue explained what the problem was and offered options. Dealers just said exhaust actuators were bad period. Didn't say if it was or both. Neither dealer gave me anything showing codes for problem. Dr. Mopar sent video of diagnoses. Offered a solution at about half what the dealers wanted.”

“I’ve had my BMW serviced here 2 times now and both times have been absolutely incredible experiences! In this last service, my A/C compressor was diagnosed as not working anymore and they had the new compressor delivered to them and installed in 24 hours. Now my A/C blows as cold as Antarctica. I highly recommend this shop to anyone for service needs, I’ve yet to purchase a car from them, but if I was looking, I would be looking there first. “Cannot say enough good things about Mark and his staff. Originally my car was supposed to be fixed by Modern Collision but a major customer service snafu caused them to lose all my paperwork that they were given on 11/27 and thus I was unable to drop off on 1/2 so I literally called every body shop in Alamance Co to be told by everyone but Mark that the earliest my car could be scheduled was mid Feb or March. Mark had me text him my estimate and immediately after looking at it said to drop off 1/15. Dropped off 1/15 at Mark's Collision and picked up my car on 1/24. It did take a couple of days longer than the week Mark told me because he found more damage on my vehicle and had to contact my insurance but he handled that for me. He even washed, waxed, and treated my tires before I picked up which was definitely Above and Beyond. I hope I don't need a body shop in the future but if I do am definitely using Mark again.”
