DICK'S Sporting Goods provides friendly customer service and excellent, speedy help for specific needs like golf regripping or finding sale items. Employees are very nice and helpful. The store has a great selection of clothing and sales, though some sections like volleyball shoes can have a very small selection. It is noted as a pricey company, and military discount policies can vary by location. The store is generally considered okay, with some customers preferring other specific locations for their discounts.
Had a wonderful experience with more than one staff member- but Ben in the golf department went above and beyond for my 15-year-old looking for a new driver. Ben helped him with his swing- selection of club and built him up. He took his time and was really genuine... great shopping experience

Ordered a Nike hoodie online. It was here in just a couple of days! Impressive.

Eleanor in the shoe section was very nice and attentive. She helped me try on several pairs of shoes and offered several suggestions.
