“I came into the store with my 6 year old son who has flat feet and HAS to have strong arch support. He really wanted a blue pair of basketball shoes however, they weren’t practical for his feet. It’s hard for a 6 year old to understand such things. Jenni and Leeyah were so great! Jenni realized the situation, apologized to my son because they just didn’t have his size (they actually did) this calmed him because of course it wasn’t coming from just me lol. “Today was my first time in the store. Amazing staff and amazing prices. We bought a baseball bat, glove, helmet, and bag for $50. Just a glove at Dick’s is no cheaper than $50. Beyond that, the man who helped us was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I wish I got his name. He was really great. The guy at the register was super friendly as well.
