JT'S TIRES offers a mix of services with varying customer experiences. Some customers appreciate the friendly and fast service, especially for quick tire repairs, such as plugging tires and replacing flat ones. One customer noted that they received prompt service after running over a screw, costing just $20 for a patch job. Another highlighted the affordability of used tires, stating they saved significantly compared to dealership prices. However, there are concerns regarding alignment services. A customer reported that the alignment was not properly done, leading to issues after installation of new coilovers. They felt that the lack of communication about the alignment’s status affected their trust in the business. Overall, while JT'S TIRES is recognized for its efficiency and price, customers are encouraged to ask for detailed service information, particularly regarding alignments.
I was searching for two used tires and getting another one plugged but I was told they didn't have my size in and didn't want to plug my other tire...felt like I was being pushed away or didn't want my business. The parking was almost non existence very tight and small.
