“Jose and Cellfix Phone Repair was God-sent!! My battery was getting hot over the weekend and the back was beginning to separate itself. I went to 2 cell phone repair places and called another. No one had a battery. A salesperson told me their sister in Durham had some, but didn't know how many. As I prepared myself for the drive to Durham, I saw the number to Cellfix. I called and was told they had one battery left. I told him that I would be there in 5 minutes! I think I arrived in 3. Jose replaced my battery in about 30-40 minutes. Even the price he quoted me was almost $30 less than the other businesses. I am soooo appreciative to Jose. He was kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. Moving forward, Cellfix will have my business for any of my cell phone needs. Thank you, again!!”

“This was by far the very best experience I’ve ever had with cricket. I’ve been on and off with cricket since 2009. I was assisted by Garrett Mitchel and Blanca Zuniga. They both were very patient with me and so very helpful in the purchase of my new phone. They made the experience and transition very pleasant. Definitely my go to people from here forth. Garrett has definitely made a huge impact on the Burlington store. It’s way better than it used to be. Give that man a raise!!!!!”
