It's refreshing to come to this AT&T location over the years and see familiar faces! I came in looking to upgrade my phone, but quickly found I didn't choose the plan to allow and early upgrade. I was given my options, even to pay out and leave with a new phone. The sales person I dealt with gave me his honest opinion, helped determine my current devices resell value, and ultimately lead me to wait until I was up for a new device a few months down the road.
The honesty was greatly appreciated, and I certainly could have left with a new phone if I really wanted to. But I appreciated the honesty and without feeling pressured to make any transaction that would have essentially been negative on my end (financially).
Because of this and all other precious and positive experiences, I will continue to shop ONLY at this store for my AT&T and FirstNet needs!!”

“I got locked out of my phone and couldn't access it because I didn't know the correct password. I couldn't even factory reset it myself because to turn it off I needed the password. Cellfixx factory reset my phone in 30 min and I was able to finally access my device. Thank you so much cellfixx.”

“This was by far the very best experience I’ve ever had with cricket. I’ve been on and off with cricket since 2009. I was assisted by Garrett Mitchel and Blanca Zuniga. They both were very patient with me and so very helpful in the purchase of my new phone. They made the experience and transition very pleasant. Definitely my go to people from here forth. Garrett has definitely made a huge impact on the Burlington store. It’s way better than it used to be. Give that man a raise!!!!!”
“I stopped by here around 1:35 PM on a Thursday afternoon for the primary purpose of getting windshield wiper fluid. When walking in the home/pharmacy entrance, you could see Halloween items such as costumes, buckets, and candy. The Birthday aisle with bags was looking scarce for bags. While walking, I saw a huge clearance sign hanging from the ceiling, so you know I had to stop by. I found a desktop organizer for four dollars. I also found a nice candle too! They had a lot of summer items such as toys and water related things on the clearance. Of course, I continued to browse the rest of the store. I looked at the TVs because I want to get one for my office. I didn't find what I was looking for. I did find the windshield washer fluid that I wanted. I got Rain-X, all season, 2 in 1, and it was about $4. On the same aisle, I saw a fuel injector cleaner, and I decided to get one of those too. I then proceeded to make my way to self checkout because my friend was getting impatient. I can spend hours in Walmart, lol. I utilized Walmart pay to pay for my items. I love doing this because it gives a digital receipt that automatically saves on my account. Total, I spent about 35 minutes during this visit.”
“I visited here around 10:50am on day after Christmas to get some discounted Christmas PJs. I found some for my kids but all the adult ones were gone. I'm sure people where there EARLY, which I should've been, lol. I ended up getting some groceries too that were on sale or had a deal from the target app. My friend put me on to the deals and what not and I may just be a target person now over Walmart! It was fairly busy in the store too. No major complaints tho.”
“We had an emergency and needed to pick up some young children in the middle of the night; we didn't have car seats and limited funds. The car seats on the shelf were way more than we had to spend..I asked a man that was stocking if he could help us , and he directed us to Tammy..I explained our situation, and although she was busy directing several employees, as well as responding to a page, she said she would go in the back and she what she could find. Tammy came back with a big box of various car seats all the correct sizes within our budget!! This store has not always been my go-to , it could be cleaner, and the outside tidier; but when it counted, this employee came through !”
“Amy did such an amazing job helping me switch over from Total By Verizon to them. Verizon was making me and my mom go thru hell and back to switch over and Amy solved the issue quickly. Super friendly and will tell you everything straight up. Her coworker with glasses and black hair was helping with other customers while Amy helped us. Amazing seeing them able to handle multiple customers.”
