I've never had this experience with a salesman ever! I'll be going back in a few weeks to upgrade my telephone and I will insist he takes care of me. It's refreshing to come to this AT&T location over the years and see familiar faces! I came in looking to upgrade my phone, but quickly found I didn't choose the plan to allow and early upgrade. I was given my options, even to pay out and leave with a new phone. The sales person I dealt with gave me his honest opinion, helped determine my current devices resell value, and ultimately lead me to wait until I was up for a new device a few months down the road.
The honesty was greatly appreciated, and I certainly could have left with a new phone if I really wanted to. But I appreciated the honesty and without feeling pressured to make any transaction that would have essentially been negative on my end (financially).
Because of this and all other precious and positive experiences, I will continue to shop ONLY at this store for my AT&T and FirstNet needs!!”

“I got locked out of my phone and couldn't access it because I didn't know the correct password. I couldn't even factory reset it myself because to turn it off I needed the password. Cellfixx factory reset my phone in 30 min and I was able to finally access my device. Thank you so much cellfixx.”

“I visited here around 10:50am on day after Christmas to get some discounted Christmas PJs. I found some for my kids but all the adult ones were gone. I'm sure people where there EARLY, which I should've been, lol. I ended up getting some groceries too that were on sale or had a deal from the target app. My friend put me on to the deals and what not and I may just be a target person now over Walmart! It was fairly busy in the store too. No major complaints tho.”

Super friendly and will tell you everything straight up. Her coworker with glasses and black hair was helping with other customers while Amy helped us.
