“Been a customer over a year now and love them! I visited the store on north church and Jonathan Pez and Jonathan Valdez both worked really hard for a problem I had that I spent days trying to solve. I was stressing bad and they both teamed up to solve it for me. Very very good customer service, made me feel like I was being helped by a telephone company and since I was used to calling straight talk in past and never feeling like the call ever ended with more of a feeling of I can't ever get that time back again to this is amazing! Trust me here, skip Walmart and any other service providers and visit this store and they will make you feel like you actually matter and guaranteed your gonna be happy and best of all, you'll know when you need help, you can get it and not even have to get tossed around to a bunch of people 10,000 miles away that don't know what's even going on enough to work there own phones out let alone yours! “If you want to save time and money, go to Spectrum for your mobile service. I'm not sponsored. I just visited 4 mobile carriers today: Best Buy, At&t, Tmobile and Spectrum.
Spectrum gave me the best deal on my phones (s26 and a17) and they were the only one offering Unlimited Hotspot.
The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is because this store's profits are not going to the staff the way they should. Yes, the deal was great but it was the staff who made sure I knew about it.”
