“I think the new guys that took over are great and the customers need open their minds to pirices go up its 2019 and yea if you have a new 2017 - 2019 car the oil changes is gling to cost a lot more because its a 80000 dollar car. And I think the customers are giving the new crew to hard of a time they are just trying to give quality oil changes. And Nathan worked at shell and hes still there hes awesome”

“I live near Danville VA and my two sons live in Burlington NC. I took my oldest son's recommendation and tried Take 5 for the first time a little over a year ago. I have been impressed with the level of service and experience and customer care at Take 5 ever since. To this day, I still make the hour drive to get my vehicles serviced at the Burlington NC Take 5. It's a shame say that we can't get that kind of service out of the Oil and Lube company in our area. Customer service and orientation are very important to me and the guys at Take 5 in Burlington got it down. ?? Keep it going fellas.”

“BEST SERVICE EVER! I drive a 2012 Volvo S60 T5. I only mention that bc people hate to work on them. But this place doesn't mind getting their guys the experience, and I really appreciate that. I asked them to install a new oil filter housing, which I had already purchased. I was considering doing it myself, but I was able to get it done faster and easier at Tire Center of Burlington. They were willing to give me a rough estimate, and they came in under that. Unfortunately for me, one of their mechanics was out sick the day I brought my vehicle in. That made it take a little longer than I expected. But I still got it back the next day, and they did a wonderful job. They have a small lot they can lock up the overnights in. So my car was never at risk. If you need work done, call these boys first. You will NOT regret it”

The whole staff was amazing and everyone was so friendly and kept checking on me because I brought in a car that needed a lot of love lol. Shane and Sarah did such a great job getting my car back to its old self after I was a neglectful owner. I didn't feel like I was getting to talk to like I was dumb or like they just wanted to sell products or whatever. I took all their suggestions and my car is driving beautifully! 10/10 recommend.
