“I am a current resident that has been living at Edgewood Apartments for 9 years and counting. I recently transferred to a renovated apartment and I love it! I like the peace and quite and also like the office staff. Especially, Victor the property manager. Edgewood maintenance takes care of your repairs promptly and the maintenance guys are very friendly.My only concern here, are the dumpsters overflowing from other people dumping their trash that do not live here. Otherwise, I am very happy.”

“I have lived at Ten Pines for over 5 years. Maintenance is great! There have been a few things along the way however, overall the experience has been good. This is a safe place to live, quiet neighbors and well kept grounds. If you have an issue it will be resolved. Good management and property manager. ☺️”
