“This is easily one of the best places to live near Duke West Campus. The amenities are fantastic: there's a clean gym, two pools (including an indoor one), and nice courtyards for grilling. It's also super close to plenty of dining options.

What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Becca and the rest of the leasing team are genuinely kind and helpful. They even looked after my cat and sent me video updates while I was away on a two-week trip. It’s rare to find a management team that cares this much!”

“I had the pleasure of touring the community with Jake and then returning for another tour with Bre, and both experiences were excellent. They were each professional, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the property and amenities.

The community itself was beautiful, especially the wooded walking trails and outdoor spaces. Everything felt well maintained, peaceful, and inviting. Both Jake and Bre took the time to answer questions thoroughly and never made the process feel rushed or pressured.

Jake did a great job explaining the different floor plans and giving an honest overview of the community, while Bre was incredibly patient and helpful during my follow-up visit to make sure I had all the information I needed before making a decision.

“Was there to go to TJ Max with my wife. This is a very busy small older looking mall on 15/501 between Durham and Chapel Hill. However, it provides a number of retail stores, restaurants with easy access off, and on a very busy highway.”
