“I had the pleasure of touring the community with Jake and then returning for another tour with Bre, and both experiences were excellent. They were each professional, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the property and amenities.
The community itself was beautiful, especially the wooded walking trails and outdoor spaces. Everything felt well maintained, peaceful, and inviting. Both Jake and Bre took the time to answer questions thoroughly and never made the process feel rushed or pressured.
Jake did a great job explaining the different floor plans and giving an honest overview of the community, while Bre was incredibly patient and helpful during my follow-up visit to make sure I had all the information I needed before making a decision.
Overall, this was one of the best apartment touring experiences I’ve had. It’s clear the office staff genuinely care about providing a positive and professional experience for prospective residents.”

“I've lived in a Bob Schmitz property for a few years now and have been very happy with my experience! If I ever have a maintenance need, I get an almost immediate response from David. They are affordable. If there are ever rent increases (standard for any rental property), they are very reasonable. I believe they have a company policy about this. Would recommend!”

“Was there to go to TJ Max with my wife. This is a very busy small older looking mall on 15/501 between Durham and Chapel Hill. However, it provides a number of retail stores, restaurants with easy access off, and on a very busy highway.”
“I have been a proud resident of @Crystal Village since 2017, and I can confidently say it was the best choice I could have made due to the school and work location, which is incredibly convenient, with the HS just a 10-minute drive away. Over the years, I have built lasting friendships with my neighbors and have come to know many residents who are involved in the surrounding neighborhood watch, which speaks volumes about the community's commitment to safety.
The environment here is peaceful and secure, making it perfect for families with children and teens. I truly appreciate our maintenance crew for their swift responses to repairs and requests; they consistently go above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. “This neighborhood needs LIGHTING. QUESTION: Why place a surveillance camera in the middle the dark parking lot instead of Decent New Lightning to assist the paying residents at night time and reducing risk of criminal negligence. This doesn't look Smart on the management's behalf..”

“Moved here last August. I have to say that Trinity Common's staff have always been amazing; fast, attentive and so nice! The amenities are another big highlight, 24hr gym, heated-pool, several social spaces, even a in-store grocery store, among other.”
