“Not sure why Google has my name is Richard Jones, but it is Richard Joines and my wife and I used to have a storage container with Ocean Ridge Storage Solutions and usually dealt with the nicest lady anyone could meet -- Holly. We moved out of state a year ago but are now returning so we called Holly and she made everything so easy for us to get the storage units that we need (a 20x10 and a 10x10) and she was such a joy to work with. She made all the needed arrangements and was great. I was sorry to hear that she's now just working Monday and Tuesday so whenever we need anything we will definitely be trying to reach her on one of those days. She's the opposite of one of the modern automated systems that drives me crazy. She is so personable and so oriented toward helping that it just makes me wish it was the old days when service was considered important.”
