Gabe was the employee that identified my error and Linda notified us of my error.When I arrived at the facility nothing was amiss with my unit. It was Gabe & Linda quick work that saved the day. Gabe and Linda has attended to my needs often. Not always make me feel like I am their only customer. If I owned a business such and needed employees I might have to steal them.You are fortunate to have them and I am fortunate to has them as a customer!Thank you Gabe and Linda! “The actual storage place and employees were helpful and very good I did not like when I called to ask some questions that I was not told it was a call center and not the actual place I think I should have made aware it was an answering service I would have got a better rate if I booked online I was only asking him questions and he pressured me by saying I would have to pay a higher rate if I waited to the next day”

“Alec was an absolute LIFESAVER. We arrived after hours to pick up a truck using the 24/7 service and the app was not working. We were on a very tight moving timeline so started to panic a bit. Alec was just about to leave as it was a full hour after closing, but stopped to help us. With his help we were able to get into a truck within minutes. He did not have to do this, but I am so very thankful he did. Thanks Alec!!!”
