“Tony, thanks for your help! We actually tried Auto Advance first since it was on our route, but the service there was terrible, so we left immediately. Coming to AutoZone was a breath of fresh air; we were helped promptly and treated with incredible respect. What an amazing experience!”

“Great customer service today from the Cameron, NC store by a man named John. I was sure that I needed a new battery for my 1996 Tacoma because it refused to start for me this morning. The last battery that I purchased was also from Advance Auto Parts 5 years ago so, I figured it was due. Man, batteries are like $180 now for my truck.
After jumping it and driving to the Cameron location, John first checked my charging system. Then, he checked reserve and cold cranking amps. He assured me that I did not need a battery nor was my charging system failing even after my own cheap tester showed me that it was not charging.
John said that he would go home and clean the terminals and then try again. My terminals were not cruddy, but the cable was last attached long ago. I did as John suggested and my truck now fires right up and my cheap alt tester says Green for Good.
John could have upsold me $200 in equipment and I would never have suspected but, he is a man with Integrity and I appreciate that more than I can say.
Thank you John and Advance Auto Parts of Cameron, NC! I'm retired living alone on Social Security so, his help is a Blessing!
