I appreciated the extra detail of catching that and having me come in and rectify the situation. Not only did Wayne help navigate the 2 orders while they were at different stages, he was able to cancel, refund, AND take the time to prorate the tires through the warranty process. I rarely if never get that kind of customer service from a private shop so do receive it at a Walmart was extra appreciated.
