“Brought my car in they had it for 2 weeks. Paid a little over $3k. My check engine light came on 3 days later, and the tire pressure sensor never turned on, and they claimed to have fixed it. I tried to call, the voicemail is full, and I messaged through the website, but no one got back to me. I’ve been coming to this shop for 15 years and this is the worst they have ever treated me.
Update: Carl reached out to me directly to get this problem solved.”

“The owner is amazing. My truck got broken into over at the vet clinic.
He helped with replacing my two tires that were damaged. The owner himself drove to the tire manufacturer and picked up the tires so I could get same day service and also he went above and beyond to get my broken window fixed same day. People that are in a 100 mile radius of this establishment and don’t use them I have to say your fools.
This is an honest establishment”

“I came in for an emergency flat tire. I am not from the area and unfortunately was unable to leave the vehicle to get the tire next day. Christian and JR understood the situation and went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. They did all this knowing I was not going to be purchasing or paying for anything. This is true customer service, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. I would give 10 stars if possible.”
