“Great Bank! Nice people! I was scammed by a Fake check it looked so real but always remember if it sound to good to be true more than likely it's not real. The faurd department got it back. It took time! Thanks u First Citizens Bank and there Faurd department! If it sounds to go to be true then?......... Stay away from 3rd party emails. People always read the terms and conditions. Read little fine print. Because they don't just put your money right back & the scam artist are over seas! IRS don't call police department don't call u saying You are not trouble and about to go to jail with in the next 30mins if u don't pay by card right now. That's not how they got me. They tell u u can work from home and they have u give them information & before u no OH no they get into your emails and it's a3party. I thought it would've happened to me never gave my bank information ! Remember they want stop calling all over seas and the phone number call it back and it doesn't work! It's tax time they really work overtime!”

“I know that I have an other review in Google for BB&T with some of the same people at the location, but for now no problems with staff. They are always willing to help in person or by phone when they can be reached by phone. Two weeks ago Friday when I went to get help with a loan, the person I spoke with did not seem to be there anymore. Will keep trying by phone, and hope to get an answer for an appointment. Nothing more.”

“I had two of the best employees at the Cameron Navy Federal branch help me the other day. A huge shout out to Ms. Cassady and Ms. Cassandra they were so helpful and thorough with explaining all their perks and the ins and outs with their loans, accounts, and the use of their app as well. They were fast and very pleasant. Also the nice lady who greeted me at the door ended up helping me out as well and my wait was not long at all. Just very efficient and there was no headache at all.
