My repair was held up almost 5 months due to parts availability. Dan worked constantly with me to get parts expedited. If it were not for Dan, my car would still be waiting for parts. When you have delays due to parts, you must go directly to the MFG and the leasing company. Always insist on lease deferral and expedited parts shipping.
