“Went in for a spare key and once I got through the small line, I was there for about 15 minutes and the majority of the time was waiting for the machine to finish cutting the key. Super helpful lane staff, parts and clerk all were super friendly and welcoming.”

“Great quality repairs!!! I've never personally had a need to use a body shop for repairs thankfully, but I do work hand in hand with body shops to ensure great quality repairs and can 100% honestly recommend Ed's Collision Center!!! We see the before and the after once they are done with repairs. Many times we are apart of their repair process, if their repairs weren't up to par and top notch we wouldn't be able to perform the work we are needed for to ensure a safe and quality repair of vehicles. They do the best work we have seen in the Sanford area and would absolutely take my personal vehicles to them without a second thought!!! I've never thought to leave a review for a body shop we service, but Google maps has been asking me for days to leave a review since we frequent them so often, and honestly I can't find a good reason not to. Before I didn't think it would be too professional, but after thinking about it for a couple of days I realize we actually get to see their work up front and down and dirty as some would say. I can truly say they repair vehicles by the book, they do top notch quality work, they take pride in their work, and they don't see their clients as just another vehicle. They take care of their customers/clients vehicles like they would their own family, they're genuine and loyal to their customers/clients. While I've never needed a bodyshop to repair one of my vehicles I can 100% say I would take any of them to Ed's Collision Center and if Ed's was completely out of the question I would pray to find another shop just as honest, loyal, and high quality as Ed's Collision Center is!!!”

“I don't generally write reviews. This may be my third one ever, and the last one was probably fifteen years plus ago. Just not my thing to do. BUT this body shop deserves a review because they are Top Notch. Stopped by on a Monday two weeks ago and Brandy give me an estimate to replace the back bumper on my wife's VW. And I observed rather quickly she knows her business and I'm sure the other staff members do as well. They ordered the parts (all OEM because aftermarket wasn't available) and said it would take two days to repair. I dropped it off the following Monday and picked it up Tuesday afternoon. (WOW, That's two days 👍. Wife Especially, and I were very impressed😊) Paint matched perfectly and workmanship was also perfect. Looks like it just came off the original assembly line. AND they detailed the car inside and out. VERY Professional and Knowledgeable staff! I had planned on getting a second quote but there was no need to. If I ever need body work again they DEFINITELY have my business! Also, if they cannot please you, you are just hard to please. Thank you a lot!! Terry”

“4 stars on my because of Brian. Unfortunately my car was involved in a wreck and my friend told me to bring it to Gerber. Got it towed in and they had to wait for insurance to start looking at it. They said they’d look at it Monday (yesterday) and their rule is to call to check on Tuesdays. Unfortunately insurance deemed it a total loss. Not what we wanted to hear on a car we’ve had less than a year. We go to pick all the stuff out of my car today and not one person came out to talk to us to explain the damages and why insurance more then likely ruled it a loss. I had so many questions but it seemed they were ready to go. Even locked the door before we could turn the car key back in. Brian talked with us and explained he’s a newer tech there but was telling us maybe we could buy it back and fix the tires and be left with cosmetic damages. What a nice young kid. I would have expected Landon or someone who actually worked and looked on my car to come out and explain stuff to us and maybe offer come condolences but we didn’t get that here. Unfortunately it would be a 1 star but Brian was just an overall nice guy. Turning a car over you’ve had for less then a year can be pretty traumatic especially when that was your ‘baby’ not even a sorry was given. A bit disappointed and I don’t think I’d bring my car back here based on that. As we were pulling out 2 staff were ready to roll going to their cars. Had to have Brian turn in the key since the front door was locked LOL.”
