“I don't generally write reviews. This may be my third one ever, and the last one was probably fifteen years plus ago. Just not my thing to do.
BUT this body shop deserves a review because they are Top Notch. Stopped by on a Monday two weeks ago and Brandy give me an estimate to replace the back bumper on my wife's VW. And I observed rather quickly she knows her business and I'm sure the other staff members do as well. They ordered the parts (all OEM because aftermarket wasn't available) and said it would take two days to repair. I dropped it off the following Monday and picked it up Tuesday afternoon.
(WOW, That's two days 👍. Wife Especially, and I were very impressed😊)
Paint matched perfectly and workmanship was also perfect. Looks like it just came off the original assembly line. AND they detailed the car inside and out. VERY Professional and Knowledgeable staff!
I had planned on getting a second quote but there was no need to. If I ever need body work again they DEFINITELY have my business!
Also, if they cannot please you, you are just hard to please.

“Went in for a spare key and once I got through the small line, I was there for about 15 minutes and the majority of the time was waiting for the machine to finish cutting the key. Super helpful lane staff, parts and clerk all were super friendly and welcoming.”

“Great quality repairs!!! I've never personally had a need to use a body shop for repairs thankfully, but I do work hand in hand with body shops to ensure great quality repairs and can 100% honestly recommend Ed's Collision Center!!! We see the before and the after once they are done with repairs. Many times we are apart of their repair process, if their repairs weren't up to par and top notch we wouldn't be able to perform the work we are needed for to ensure a safe and quality repair of vehicles. They do the best work we have seen in the Sanford area and would absolutely take my personal vehicles to them without a second thought!!! I've never thought to leave a review for a body shop we service, but Google maps has been asking me for days to leave a review since we frequent them so often, and honestly I can't find a good reason not to. Before I didn't think it would be too professional, but after thinking about it for a couple of days I realize we actually get to see their work up front and down and dirty as some would say. I can truly say they repair vehicles by the book, they do top notch quality work, they take pride in their work, and they don't see their clients as just another vehicle. They take care of their customers/clients vehicles like they would their own family, they're genuine and loyal to their customers/clients. While I've never needed a bodyshop to repair one of my vehicles I can 100% say I would take any of them to Ed's Collision Center and if Ed's was completely out of the question I would pray to find another shop just as honest, loyal, and high quality as Ed's Collision Center is!!!”
