“This pharmacy has gotten a lot better. I switched from Walgreens to CVS to this Walmart. The information about your refill process and keeping it updated on the app helps so much. For about a year the app was messed up and wasn't tracking your refill status. I guess they redid the app because it works great and let's you know step by step when you're refill is ready. This eliminated you have to call them and tell them you needed a refill. Then keep calling back until your refill is ready and most of the times it was and it was just sitting there. You got no notifications to your phone or app and calling 3 or 4 times can cause tension. I actually went off one day on the pharmacist because he got smart about a question I asked. He was just filling in because the original pharmacist was out sick. But I completely lost my shit in front of everyone and I gave him a piece of my mind. The next day one of the pharmacy workers called me and apologized for how he acted. I told the person I was way out of line and I have PTSD and my buddy just shot himself and me and another neighbor found him and he was gone for a week. So you can understand what it looked liked and smelled. So I was ready to pop at anyone that made me mad and I apologized. So he called my doctor and told her I couldn't get any refills there anymore and had to find another pharmacy. I told my doctor to send it to them because I like the staff and I'm not going to run from me going off. We are human and that's why some of us are on certain medications and sometimes we have very hard days. But since the app is back up and running right everything runs so much smoother. So thank you to all who work at this pharmacy because I couldn't do it dealing with people all day long. ?♥️?”
