“The Walmart in Sanford is usually pretty busy and the customer service usually sucks. But but I had a really good experience when I had to get my medicisend as the lady ring my prescription of she was very Attentive and also had a smile on her face.The whole time even though there was a rude customer behind you to the lady.At the pharmacy counter”

“This is my go to CVS. Most items are in stock as I need them. Sometimes the Pharmacy gets a bit overwhelmed but the staff are always friendly and courteous. I am always greeted and offered help if needed. The self checkout is easy to use. The ExtraBucks Rewards are AWESOME!!!!!”

“Marybeth, I hope I got her name correctly. I want to share how friendly and perfessional she was when handling my situation. I went to Walgreens near Burger King my pharmacist for thirty plus years and they used to be more friendly and perfessional but...went there prescription was not ready kinda went back and forth with clerk for clarity which resulted in my encountering Marybeth. I pray I got her name correct...anyways she was so sweet, kind, friendly and professional. Greeted me with a smile that was really genuine. I even noticed the patience she had with the elderly couple before me. The same exact way. I really appreciate this and me working with customers in my perfession that are face with dire crisis, we need more employees like Marybeth, she's a keeper. “Hesitant to even write a review because I don't want them to be bombarded with new people, but they're too good to not. Here's my experience: Walk in, get prescription and leave within 5 minutes. That may not sound like much, but if you've dealt with CVS or Walgreens within an hour of Sanford, you'll already know how big of a deal it is. It was like stepping back in time 50 years to a time where the employees smile, greet you and then efficiently do their job. It's a crazy concept.”
