“Without a doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed!!! Been in 17 years and have never seen this type of customer service! Stayed here four weeks with my pup, Tucker. Anytime I was out a little longer than planned the staff and housekeeping would walk Tucker to make sure he was okay and to give them time to clean the room! I think he enjoyed it here better than he does at home, he was able to meet everyone and stay busy! Definitely wanted to give a shout-out to the ones that went above and beyond for Tucker and myself... Kim, Carla, and Laura were always so nice and made sure everything was taken care of for us. Annika, Steve, and all of Housekeeping were always checking to make sure everything was good and in order, mostly wanted to see Tucker I think, but he loved every second of it haha! Again, without a doubt the best hotel I've ever stayed on a base and has the most attentive and caring staff at any hotel I've been to! 10/10 every time here!!Rooms: Rooms were already clean and in order, A/C always working!Walkability: The Exchange and Commissary is just behind the Inn, so a quick 5-minute walk. Dominos and Raising Canes are right across the street, so you do not need to drive anywhere.Noteworthy details: Dog park on site, outdoor seating for relaxing, and breakfast is amazing! Not your typical hotel breakfast, they go all out, even with Biscuit and Gravy!”
