110 Cobia Court, Jacksonville NC 28546
“The outside of this property is well-lit. They have a decent size parking lot. Staff is friendly and very helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Breakfast has lots of options, coffee is really good, and their social dinner is good, too. Rooms are clean and well insulated - can't hear the people in the next room talking, which is a plus plus! Beds and pillows are comfy. All rooms have a standard size refrigerator with freezer (ice maker too), dishwasher, microwave, stove top burner, and a coffee maker. Literally everything you need.”

“My husband and I stayed for about a week. We were here for my Father in Laws funeral. The whole staff was absolutely WONDERFUL!!!! I wish I could remember some names. The one young lady said, No monkeys jumping on the bed. LOL She was so kind! Our room was very clean. We had a small issue with the A/C and it was taken care of in a timely manner. The breakfast everyday was so good!!! This was our 2nd time staying here and it won't be our last. I really appreciate all the staff here. Their work ethic, sense of humor, and smiles are amazing!!!”

“Camya at the front desk is AMAZING! My husband stayed overnight and went down with a migraine as soon as he checked in, needed ibuprofen, and didnt have any. I called from out of state amd she answered, found some, and she was amazing enough to run some up to his room for him. I can not thank her enough for her above and beyond efforts to help me take care of him!”

“We stayed July 31 & Aug 1st 2026 night. We stayed in room 306 which accommodates 6 people. There were only 3 towels in the room and one tiny shampoo. No conditioner soap or lotion. Wifi was not working Elevator was not working Hotel has no breakfast while they are advertising and charging people extra for breakfast. Baby roaches were all over the room. 2 stars are for the old lady at the reception who is running around doing everything for everyone, i think she is the reason this place is still in business. They should give her a raise. They also mention they renovated the place in 2024 but it looks like they only renovated the outside of the building and nothing else. Edit: I do appreciate the refund and changing my review to accommodate the prompt response i received. Customer service is definitely top notch.”

“We chose this hotel out of pure convenience but I was pleasantly surprised! I called the place directly because Trip Advisor said there was no availability and there was plenty of availability. I informed the staff that I would not be arriving until around 2:30 AM and he was super nice and said no problem! I asked if he wanted my credit card information to hold the room and he said no that he would have a room for me and he did just that at 3:00 AM with a smile! The property appearance is very neat and clean. The rooms have been remodeled with new paint and tile and was very clean. I only have three issues...the bath tub is ceramic and very clean but also very slippery and there are no grab bars. I nearly fell twice. The A/C was off when we arrived and it took a little while to cool it off and also made for a stale odor to begin with. Nothing major...The A/C units are fairly new. Lastly, the beds have not been upgraded. We slept very well and the linens were clean but could use some updated spreads and new mattresses. Other than that it was great and I will stay again! Oh, and no continental breakfast but a fair price for a Budget Inn!”

“I'm actively staying here right now. I'm scared of cheaper hotels because of past experiences but this place is great. Definitely old school but there's nothing wrong with that. The guy at the front desk at night 3/21/26 is such a sweetheart and gave me advice on places I should go. He gave me hot water at like 130am for some noodles. It's really awesome service and a really great room for the price. I would stay here again. Good water pressure and the TV and everything works. I'm a bit low maintenance and easily impressed but either way I'm having a good time for such a short notice stay”
