“Daniel was professional when I came in for a flat tire repair. He got me set up in a timely manner. Nick checked my tire for leaks, checked my valve stem, and rim. They found no leaks or anything wrong with the tire. They were honest and even filled up my tire with air. Some shops would try to sell you something else since you’re already there to generate income but they were super up front and honest which is hit or miss with today’s society.”

They are straight and to the point. Some people take that as being rude. And I think that’s where some of the comments here may come from. “Basically I bought a car from a used dealer in Ohio that basically lied to me the car needed a tremendous amount of work I brought it over to the point they put in the engine did all the work birches for the rear suspension installed new strutmasters conversion kit for me I bought an engine that they put in for me and a great deal of other work that would have come up to around $6,700 I paid around $4,500 the car runs like the day it came out of the showroom it is absolutely marvelous I think I'm going to be driving this car for a long time absolutely incredible job.”

“I’ve came here a couple of times, Garrett helped me every time with selling me tires and doing inspections on my cars. He was very friendly and worked well and fast. He could always fit us in the schedule and get our cars done in the time frame he said. I was going to bring my car there which needed two new tires but I was disappointed when I heard he no longer works there.

“On the way to Emerald Isle, my trusty 2003 RAV4 broke down. After towing it the rest of the trip and explain the problem to the locals, only one name kept coming up - Crom transmission.
They had the part delivered and installed in expedient fashion. Courteous enough not only to communicate the progress of the job the whole way (we had to leave in a week!) but also to cover not only their own work, but to check the vehicle for roadworthiness in general for the trip home.
The saved the day and turned out vacation nightmare into an absolute dream.

I returned to Chico's and they replaced all four tires with new no questions asked. I would highly recommend Chico's they are very fair priced and they stand by their product and work.”
