“I’ve been going to LMS for years now, and they have always taken great care of me. It’s a great environment with a friendly, knowledgeable staff and an excellent selection of motorcycles, ATVs/UTVs, on-road and off-road machines, and more. They also have a huge selection of apparel, riding gear, parts, and accessories to actually see and try on in person—easily one of the largest selections in the area.
I recently purchased another motorcycle from them, and the experience was exactly what I’ve come to expect. The entire process was straightforward, comfortable, and never felt pressured. They’ve always been willing to answer questions, help find what I’m looking for, and make sure I’m taken care of before and after the sale.
What really keeps me coming back, though, is the people and the atmosphere. LMS feels like a local motorcycle shop should. Whether I’m there to buy a bike, pick up gear or parts, or just stop in and look around, I’ve always felt welcome.
After years of doing business with them and now another motorcycle purchase, I have no problem recommending LMS to anyone looking for a bike, powersports equipment, gear, or just a good local dealership that takes care of its customers.”
“Daniel was professional when I came in for a flat tire repair. He got me set up in a timely manner. Nick checked my tire for leaks, checked my valve stem, and rim. They found no leaks or anything wrong with the tire. They were honest and even filled up my tire with air. Some shops would try to sell you something else since you’re already there to generate income but they were super up front and honest which is hit or miss with today’s society.”

“I called them on Wednesday and got an appointment for Friday morning. The inspection was done within an hour, and the repairs were completed shortly after. “Rick, Ryan, and team really pulled me out of the fire. I was vacationing from VA with my 5yo son in Topsail when my diesel truck broke down. I had it towed to Rick's, and the team was helpful, friendly, and understanding. Rick went above and beyond in troubleshootimg my issue and finding a local option for a common part failure. This saved me a tow to the dealership in Wilmington and a lot of hassle in logistics (rental car, ubers, etc). They didn't have to go the extra mile, but they did and saved my butt and helped salvage what was left of my and my son's vacation. Highly recommend these folks. They will take care of you.”
“Dorwart’s Garage is awesome. They actively try to save you money. They know the car quirks, especially MINI Coopers. They don’t mock you for bringing in a dirty car. Well, most of the time. Ok, so they may mock a little but they don’t charge extra or make you clean up what falls off.”

We had our Rav4 rear quarter panel repaired after someone scrapped us and a door ding on the passenger door repaired. We were not disappointed. “As a first time customer I had a potential parasitic drain problem coupled with a AAA battery i purchased . AAA said my battery was good. Bob and his guys took my car tested everything..the charging system is good. The AAA battery was junk with a dead cell. They were quick and efficient and more than reasonable..5 star approval. “Lady upfront was really cool with me. I hesitated to put a review up because i wanted to see how well the repair went. Went to them for an engine swap as i called around and they were the only ones willing to do the job. They even worked with me and held my car through a whole deployment. Really flexible, took a mailed check, were upfront about what needed to be done. Did leakdown tests and offered for me to come in to view said tests. I put another 10k miles on said engine and all ive had to do were change coilpacks, which i neglected to do prior to swapping. Overall great service and customer support. Ive almost never texted a mechanic which is cool to be able to do.”
“Instead of spending $1100 on front brakes, rotors and calipers. We spent 4 hours (its been awhile since I've done this work myself) handling that ourselves at this shop.
They helped us work the lift, find other tools from their office, gave instruction as needed, and even helped in small doses to make sure we didn't screw it up.

“Love this place they have tools you can rent or bring your own. I stayed there for an hour, doing my BMW oil change and paid 10 bucks. If you need a lift they have jack stands and hydraulic lifts for underbody work. These guys are helpful; hazmat available for cleanup if you spill anything. The waiting area has cable tv 😎”
