Today I was in getting the oil changed in my car. I told Philip my car hadn't wanted to crank a few times. He had the mechanic check my battery. He told me the load test was good but the way it was acting battery maybe getting bad. He could have told me battery was bad and sold me a new one, I would never have known. My daddy was a mechanic almost his entire life. He never overcharged, oversold or did unnecessary work. To compare Liberty Tires to my daddy speaks to my confidence in them and their integrity.”

“We thought my son needed new lower ball joints for his F150. A Virginia inspection and repair shop said he should fail us last year but passed the inspection with a warning that he should have failed us. So my husband dropped it off on Monday at Sanders. They said they would look at it right away with the possibility of having repairs done the same day. A few hours later, they called and said that they looked fine and wouldn't recommend the replacement, even if it was his own truck. They even looked at doing an alignment and said it wasn't needed either. Talk about honesty!! They could have easily just done the repairs, and we would have paid for the cost for the service. I would not recommend anyone else but Sanders in Jacksonville. It gives us so much comfort knowing our son has an honest repair shop in the area if he needs anything done with his truck while being stationed at Camp Lejeune. Thank you, Sanders!!”

“Been going here for years. As a former mechanic that joined the military, I can tell when someone is pulling my leg. All three of my vehicles have been serviced here. They have ALWAYS been fair and honest. They tell me the price up front and never charge me for more. They do charge standard rates. Putting new shocks and tires on my truck ran 600ish. That was just the price to not worry about doing it myself. Excellent business. The older black gentleman is a hoot!”

“Went to a Marine Chevrolet not even 2 years ago and got 4 new tires for $1300. Went to get my car inspected and needed new tires already before I would be approved. Told Marine Chevrolet and they offered me the same bum tires for 900 instead. I told them no thank you and came to Sam's Club. These guys were personable, quick and upstanding. “Contacted Cathy at Modern Tire. Shared my concerns for my Corvette and reviews of other facilities. Cathy was very welcoming to have me stop by and observe their clean and organized operation. My biggest concern was how are you putting my vette in the air. She escorted me to an unattached building where alignments were done. Here I also found custom Rods that require pride and professional service. So when I mentioned of not know my schedule and free time Cathy suggest to call when you're free.
