We operated on a handshake and his grandson Jaden acted as a taxi service getting us back and forth to his shop. Great down home honest service!”

They fixed it up and even had several local car recycling places to recommend for getting a “new” fender. Happy to say I can open my passenger door once more. “I bumped into a fence while trying to find a parking space at Beaver Lake. and my front bumper fell off except for one corner. A friendly hiker spent quite a while trying to get the bumper in place, but decided all he could do was tie it up with baling wire. He advised me that I would have to replace the bumper. My neighbor recommended David Parks for auto repairs..
I called Parks collision an was told the first appointment for an estimate would be in 12 days. When I expressed concern that the baling wire might not hold the bumper on for 12 days, the office manager said she could get someone to check to be sure it would stay on if I could bring my car to them before noon.
I got there about 11 am. The manager took my keys and went around back. After about 15 minutes, David Parks came back with my keys. He told me that I didn't need an estimate. He had done the good thing: i.e. he got the bumper in place and I wouldn't need to get a new bumper. when I tried to give him and the manager my credit card to pay for the time he had spent putting the bumper in place, both refused to take my payment!
what started as a miserable day was uplifted by their generosity!”
“I had someone wreck into me back in April. WNC collisions did nothing but treat me with the best care. This was the first car I had ever bought brand new and within 3 months someone had wrecked into me. Insurance company was absolutely horrible and WNC did everything within their power to defend me. “This is my first google review, but I had to BRAG on this place. The quality and care here is amazing!!! My car looks brand new! The work my car needed was complicated, but Robby was so attentive, even calling me often to give me updates on where we were in the process. This place stays busy because they do such a good job, but it still felt like I was a priority and that Robby and the team at Silver's wanted me to be happy. “All i can say about this shop is absolutely WOW, after desperately needing rocker panels, cab corners and a new paint job TD Customs was the ONLY shop within 200 miles that was willing to do the work, many other shops heard the word rust and immediately said no way we wont even consider it, TD Customs looked it over and just simply said yes sir thats not a problem at all. Extremely professional guys. super satisfied with the communication, timeframe and especially going the extra mile for me on my truck. they did exactly what i asked for to the T and left no doubt in my mind that i would be completely satisfied with the finished product and boy am I! i cant say enough good things about this shop. ( two blown tires or IED? feels the same!) I was directed to Olen Hensley and they came to the rescue. Everyone from the front desk to the owner Keith were smart and professional. I had no breakfast or lunch driving around Asheville looking for a shop that would work on an RV -and they gave me a fresh donut!

“My scraped-up car bumper looks like new now -- and Ryan is such a nice guy -- and he is so good at this work -- and he charges fair prices. Really, you couldn't ask for a better option. Unfortunately, his body shop on Riverside Drive in Asheville got flooded during Helene. But he has figured out a way forward by going mobile. So now he works out of the back of a beautiful Tundra which holds all the cool tools he likes to use to get the job done. In my case, he replaced the scraped-up fog light section on my front bumper and then beautifully smoothed out the chewed-up bumper itself and then painted it with the correct paint from the manufacturer to blend totally with the rest of my car. And he did this all while my car sat in its usual parking spot in front of my house. In other words, apart from being mad at myself for messing up my car bumper in the first place, the whole process was a delight from start to finish! Just be patient and keep texting -- because he is in demand!”

“When having our Volvo delivered to us, the delivery people put some pretty extensive scratches on it. I took it to Gerber for an estimate. The price was fair and we got right in. Our vehicle was back in just a little over a week! Although there was no damage to the interior, it looked better than when we had dropped it off because our estimator at Gerber, made sure that it was detailed for us when we picked it up. What service!Hopefully there will be no need, but if there is ever an issue for our vehicles to be fixed, we will only come to Gerber!”

“I had came to Crash Champions because my Camaro was hit by someone in early July and I was recommended to them by insurance. They are amazing! Not only is their work so clean, they even bought me new blind spot mirrors since they were taken off for the work (they weren't covered by insurance)! They also helped me reapply them! For the work as well, they had warned me that the time frames for repairs sent by text would be off slightly since it is automated, which was okay! Everyone here is very sweet!”
