Upon seeing the damage to the car, she prepared me that it would very likely be an expensive repair and gave me information about probable next steps. After insurance made their determination, she advocated for me for more time to clean out my car when the scrap yard was repeatedly calling. She was a God-send at a stressful, emotional time. “Rickman's really helped me out!! After I locked the doors to keep them out, bears had torn the handles off all four doors, so I had to crawl in through the back. I couldn't get in without leaving a window down and the insurance shop said it would be 6 weeks and take a week. Rickman's ordered the parts, got me in the next week, and did the job in an hour.
