Every person I spoke to at their shop (even someone at their new Leicester hwy location over the phone) was incredibly kind and more than willing to help. My driver-side mirror was clipped by an asheville city bus and a client at the nail salon that I was parked at recommended Silver's Auto, and I could not be more grateful. They were able to take a look at my car right away and ordered my mirror immediately. It arrived the next day and they were able to install it within 15 minutes. “I brought my Subaru to Silver's after being rear-ended. Insurance determined that my car was totaled so I didn't end of requiring their mechanic services; HOWEVER, April was so kind and a huge help. Upon seeing the damage to the car, she prepared me that it would very likely be an expensive repair and gave me information about probable next steps. After insurance made their determination, she advocated for me for more time to clean out my car when the scrap yard was repeatedly calling. She was a God-send at a stressful, emotional time. I am very thankful for her kindness.”

“During the tornado in July 2027 a Tree limb fell on my Mercedes Hood. The process of dropping my car off and picking up at this location was super easy. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The reps made sure all of my questions were Answered, And did a phenomenal job. They installed a new hood and repainted the front of my car. You can’t even pay for your service before you pick up your car. Great work!”
