“Absolutely 100% highly recommend this place. Push button start stopped working due to something spilling so I had the car towed to them. They gave me a reasonable quote to change the parts however the parts alone were extremely expensive. He was willing to go above and beyond and attempted to clean the electrical components before ordering the parts and was successful. They saved me a ton of cash that would not have been offered anywhere else. I’m extremely grateful for them, also they began working on my car the next business day. Don’t look any further than this place I promise you will be satisfied! Thank you empire!”

“Outstanding service. I had scheduled a transmission fluid change, based on the manufacturer's specs, for my 2020 Acura RDX, along with an oil change and a few other services. I got a call from Jack's telling me I didn't need the transmission work, everything was fine, saving me several hundred dollars! Also, their charges for the other services were less than other places I contacted.
What a pleasure it is to deal with a truly honest business. They could have just done the work and charged me and I wouldn't have known the difference.

“I was visiting from out of town when my transmission gave out. I have an '08 Jeep Wrangler JKU and the shifter got stuck in reverse. I looked for a transmission shop nearby and checked other reviews. I called them and they said they could help and had my vehicle towed there on a Friday afternoon. I was scheduled to leave on Sunday morning and they were able to fix the issue on Saturday.
The bushing at the end of the cable that switches gears broke and prevented the shifter from shifting. Benny was able to find a bushing and fixed it so I could drive back home. They could have replaced the entire cable assembly and taken several days extending my trip. Instead, he did a quick repair to get me home and recommended I get the assembly replace once I'm back home.
I don't even think they were open on Saturday but he worked to help me out of a jam. I couldn't recommend this business anymore. Thank you Benny!”
