“I've brought my car to Import Concepts 2 for oil changes and to have a strange noise diagnosed by the car-noise wizard, James. I actually had to bring it in three different times because, of course, my car magically stopped making the noise every time I arrived. James was incredibly patient and kind through all of it and never once seemed bothered.
On the third visit, we finally heard the noise. After diagnosing the issue, James recommended I have Honda take a look since my car is still under warranty. I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he put my best interests first. That kind of integrity is rare and valuable these days.
I've also gone in for oil changes and tire rotations, and one time they skipped the rotation because my tires didn't need it. Thank you! I've only had honest, wonderful experiences with Import Concepts 2 and will absolutely continue bringing my Honda there.”

“Outstanding service. I had scheduled a transmission fluid change, based on the manufacturer's specs, for my 2020 Acura RDX, along with an oil change and a few other services. I got a call from Jack's telling me I didn't need the transmission work, everything was fine, saving me several hundred dollars! Also, their charges for the other services were less than other places I contacted.

“I take my car to Mike Byer auto because I know they will check filters and all fluids. most oil change places just change your oil and don't check anything else. I have an old Honda Element that had a belt about to break..If I hadn't taken in there for my oil change, I would have ended up on the side of the road. I took my car to 2 other auto places to fix the air..I wasted money because they didn't fix problem. Mike Byer Auto fixed it right away.They are honest and reasonable!”
