“10/10 would recommend for mechanical issues. We were leaving to head back home (300+ miles away) when we noticed our car was pouring oil. Our insurance company called us a tow driver (Red from Asheville Wrecking also 10/10!) and dropped us here. It was Memorial Day so we were sure they wouldn't get around to even being able to look at it that day. But they did and they even got it fixed and us back on the road that evening! Also it being a holiday, getting an Uber was impossible so they sent their shuttle driver to pick us and he was such a nice man too! Especially since we were his last pickup of the day and he chose to stay later to do it. Judy was amazing and we're so thankful to her and the whole staff! Mechanic work is never cheap but considering it was a holiday and they got it out within 4 or 5 hours, I'd say it was exceptionally priced!”

Pulled into the dealership Jon Williamson in service got my vehicle looked at and knew the issue within an hour. Part had to be ordered would be here at 9am next day. Was offered shuttle to take me to my hotel. Gave me update next day at 8:50am that vehicle will be done and fully charged by 12pm. Now on the road! “I changed my rating considering they offered to remedy my situation with a free oil change which would cover what I paid extra and compensate for my trouble.
(Still wishing they would just replace valve stems when installing new tires or at least give the customer the option to purchase new valve stems at an addition fair price.)

I purchased 4 new tires from them. Left and realized the tire pressure was super low in one tire. Had to go back another day and waited over 11/2 hours to have them replace a valve stem. I didn't have this problem with the old tires..Then they charged me $38 for it.
I'm sorry , but any reputable tire business replaces the valve stems when putting new tires on .. or at the very least checks them and replaces them if they look damaged with a small charge added to the new tire cost.... So now I spent over $700 on new tires with 3 remaining old valve stems that might have to be replaced one day soon considering they have a lifespan of 3-6 years.”
