“Above and beyond!
There was an issue with the first vehicle I tried to purchase. The title transfer time was going to take 6-8 weeks. I was fine waiting, but then the Asheville store called back saying another branch had gotten a fresh shipment with the same car, less mileage and a lower price. They shipped the other car over at no extra cost to me and had me driving away at least 5 weeks faster than if I had waited. For me, the effort is what set them apart from the typical dealer run-around, haggling, experience.
10/10 would recommend.”

(Still wishing they would just replace valve stems when installing new tires or at least give the customer the option to purchase new valve stems at an addition fair price.)

I purchased 4 new tires from them. Left and realized the tire pressure was super low in one tire. Had to go back another day and waited over 11/2 hours to have them replace a valve stem. I didn't have this problem with the old tires..Then they charged me $38 for it.
I'm sorry , but any reputable tire business replaces the valve stems when putting new tires on .. or at the very least checks them and replaces them if they look damaged with a small charge added to the new tire cost.... So now I spent over $700 on new tires with 3 remaining old valve stems that might have to be replaced one day soon considering they have a lifespan of 3-6 years.”
