“In have to say, Mr. TRANTHAM, although was not able to fix the second portion of my car issue. Which was costly, I know everything is now, is it still just as pain to hand that over.
I was still having car issues that seemed somewhat the same. Two months later, I am not a complaine, not to mention avoid conflict I sis do it, he was nice and made sure I understood the issue it was having then the current. We discussed the issues again once he check my car and drove it so well. And confirmed what he believed the issue was! Mr TRANTHAM. Was honest, I do believe.
There is a lot to say about a person when they take to opportunity to encourage you to pause and weigh the cost on top of the current cost. You could put a good down payment on another vehicle! When he could have pocketed my money! Charter isn’t a common term much anymore. I honor that these days. Thank you for being decent to my pocket and my family! My hat goes off to you sir!”

“Jeep Gladiator diesel died in parking garage, downtown Asheville, NC. Voltage dropped to 8.4v and it locked up -- everything! Mike and J.T. pushed Jeep down three levels and put on flat bed. These guys deserve kudos, commendation, and a raise!!”
