“Thanks to the extra effort and professional dedication of Mike and Cody they saved me several hundred dollars in repairs. After looking over the defective battery, they took it upon themselves to contact the battery company and were able to convince the rep that it was a warranty issue and not my fault. The company sent a replacement for the defective one saving me several hundred dollars!! I've worked with them for over 10 years and NEVER HAD AN ISSUE OR PROBLEM with them. They are the best!”

“My Battery died today at Carolina Beach. Looked across street and there was Napa parts store and walked over to ask for help. The Nice Lady there , I think here name was Melody, walked back to car with me with a battery pack to jump the car and after we got it cranked, was able to drive over to the store to get a new battery!!! There was also a really nice gentlemen working in there to. They were so helpful and accommodating and even loaned us tools to use to change battery. Refreshing to come across strangers so friendly and willing to help as those two Napa employees were!!! Thanks So much!!!”
