“Thanks to the extra effort and professional dedication of Mike and Cody they saved me several hundred dollars in repairs. After looking over the defective battery, they took it upon themselves to contact the battery company and were able to convince the rep that it was a warranty issue and not my fault. The company sent a replacement for the defective one saving me several hundred dollars!! I've worked with them for over 10 years and NEVER HAD AN ISSUE OR PROBLEM with them. They are the best!”

This AutoZone location is top-tier, and a big reason is the store manager, Lanfo C. You can tell right away that this store is well run. Lanfo leads by example—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on customer service.
The entire team is always helpful, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get the right parts and understand what you’re buying. The store is clean, organized, and consistently well stocked. Whether you know cars or not, they treat you with respect and take the time to help.
Hands down my go-to AutoZone in Monkey Junction. If you’re in Wilmington, this is the location to visit. Highly recommended! ??”

“Always come here for my car needs they are under staffed and still make do with what they have, Kelly and Robert were super nice and helpful and explained what was wrong with my tires and called me to confirm before going through with pricing, lots of places are short staffed don’t get mad at the wait times if you want to wait just as long and pay twice as much go to dealership, not sure if he works there still but Dylan was always helpful too”
